Admission Rules

At the commencement of every academic year, as of now, fresh students are admitted into the school starting Pre-Nursery till Class IX. The candidates for admission are required to bring along with them their mark sheet and TRANSFER CERTIFICATE issued by the previous school attended. Date of birth once registered will not be altered. Admission will be made to the extent seats are available on the basis of a competitive test.

  • The Principal reserves to himself the right to refuse admission to any student without furnishing any reasons.
  • For withdrawal of a student from the school a calendar month's notice must be given in writing, otherwise a calendar month's fee will be charged.
  • The school management, acting through the Principal will request the withdrawal of a student who fails for two consecutive years in the same class.
  • The parents should make it a point to take this opportunity to discuss the progress of their children.
  • However, should any parent feel that he/she needs to meet the Principal or any teacher with regard to the work or conduct of his/her child or for any problem faced by the child, he/she is encouraged to do so at the earliest, after making an appointment with the Principal or the teacher concerned.

NOTE:

  • On Wednesdays, Saturdays & P.T. days students should come in their P.T. uniform, to enable them to participate in the mass drill & march past in an orderly way.
  • The parents are requested to provide sufficient number of items mentioned above and make sure that their children turn up in full uniform every day including days when there is no teaching. Students shall not be allowed to enter the campus unless they are in uniform. The students who come without the prescribed uniform will be sent back home. In an unavoidable circumstance, the parents/guardian should send the information through this handbook.
  • All students must come to college clean and tidy with proper hair-cut and trimmed nails.
  • Students are not allowed to wear chains, bracelets, bands etc. in the college campus.
  • For the sake of convenience, a sample of complete college uniform is displayed in the college window show case.
